China Tax Law Forum

"China Tax Law Forum and China Tax Lawyers and Tax Agents Forum" is jointly sponsored by All China Lawyers Association and China Certified Tax Agents Association, and specifically undertaken by Huashui Law Firm etc. ,which has been successfully held for nine sessions since 2010. The Forum invites leaders from the Budget Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the Supreme People's Court and other relevant departments,famous jurists from academic institutions such as Peking University and China University of Political Science and Law and well-known tax lawyers and tax agents to attend and deliver speeches.The Forum takes it as its mission to explore major frontier issues in China's taxation law construction, assist the country's fiscal and taxation system reform and the fiscal and taxation legalization construction, and continuously lead the industry development, business innovation and strategic cooperation of Chinese tax lawyers and tax agents.
